- student services and learning support
- human resources services and support
- financial, payroll and accounting services and support
- information and technology functions
- communications and marketing
- teacher registration
- curriculum assessment, standards and reporting
- regulation and review of non-government schools and support of higher education
- registration, course accreditation and quantity assurance of vocational education and training (VET) providers
- providing advice on education in rural, regional and remote WA.
Our metropolitan offices are located in East Perth, Padbury, Tuart Hill and Beaconsfield.
Staff in our education regional offices directly support public schools by:
- helping principals implement public school policy
- assisting principals and managers corporate services with financial services
- responding to the needs of school communities.
Our education regional offices are located in Broome, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Karratha and Northam.
