With more than 800 locations, we offer incredible employment opportunities right across WA.
Our teacher salaries1 are among the highest in Australia. Some of our jobs also offer locality and extra allowances2 on top!

Salary packaging
Salary packaging is available to many of our employees. It’s a tax-effective way to receive your salary as a combination of cash and benefits.
You decide the proportion of cash and benefits you receive. This amount is deducted from your gross salary.
This reduces your taxable income and the amount of tax you pay.
Lots of our employees choose to salary package:
- superannuation contributions
- their rent, if they live in government housing
- vehicle leases.
Leave entitlements
Our employees get a wide range of leave entitlements which include:

- leave for study and examinations
- special leave for specific purposes like:
- cultural or ceremonial responsibilities
- international sporting competitions
- jury duty
- extra leave for teachers in the Remote Teaching Service3.
-
