Non-government schools submit student census data each semester.
Twice a year, in February and August, non-government schools in Western Australia submit student data. The census collects data about all students from age 3 (pre-kindergarten) to Year 12. To find the student census data reports, refer to School data and performance.
We email non-government schools an access code at the start of Terms 1 and 3. Access the Student Census system to complete the census for your school. If you don't receive an email, raise a request with our ICT Customer Service Centre.
