October enrolments

VacSwim October enrolments have now closed.

We are currently finalising lesson times. Enrolment notifications will be sent to families 2 weeks before the program starts. We don’t provide refunds if you find the lesson time unsuitable.

October program

Wednesday 25 September to Friday 4 October 2024
8 days, 45-minute lessons
Standard price is $32 for a single child and $85.50 for a family
Concession price is $20.50 for a single child and $57.00 for a family
Runs in the morning at most venues

October short program

Monday 30 September to Friday 4 October 2024
5 days, 35-minute lessons
Standard price is $16.50 for a single child and $43.50 for a family
Concession price is $11.50 for a single child and $29 for a family
Runs in the afternoon at most venues, usually between 12:25 pm and 3:25 pm

Pool entry fees and supervision

You can use our map to find programs on offer at venues near you.

Open the Venue location map.
Select the door icon from the top left of the map. A menu with a list will appear.
Select the box next to the name of the program you're interested in. A list of venues will appear beneath the program name in the menu. The map will also populate with icons.
You can either:

select a venue from the list in the menu and its location will load on the map
select an icon on the map and the venue will appear on the list in the menu.

Once you find a program and venue, you're ready to enrol in VacSwim.

Program prices don't include venue entry fees for students and spectators. Most pools charge an entry fee. You will find specific pool entry fees when you enrol.

At most pools, children need adult supervision. VacSwim instructors have a shared duty of care for children in the lessons while it runs. You need to be poolside to provide personal care for your child and in case of an emergency.

Lessons are at indoor and outdoor venues, so we encourage all children to be sun-smart.
