Alternative claim methods

The ServiceWA app is the fastest and most convenient way to claim the WA Student Assistance Payment. ServiceWA claims will be processed within approximately 7 days.

If you are unable to claim through the ServiceWA app you can submit a claim online or by posting in a claim form. Claims made through these methods will take longer to process - up to 30 days - and are less secure than applying through ServiceWA.
