Mobile phone towers and similar transmission installations have not been permitted on school sites since October 2004.
The ban was introduced to ensure mobile phone towers, which are considered by many in the community as being a health hazard, are not installed on the school site.
This instruction of the Chief Executive Officer confirms the continuation of the ban until further notice.
